Nxt Level connects creators with vetted professionals ("Pros") who provide feedback on submitted creative content (e.g., music, video, writing). Feedback may be delivered via video or written formats.

3. Payment and Credits

• Feedback sessions are paid using Nxt Level credits.
• Credits can be purchased through the platform.
• Once purchased, credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

All refunds are issued in credits by default. Any other form of refund is solely at the discretion of Nxt Level LTD. To request a refund, contact info@nxtlevel.pro.

5. Content Rights and Sharing

• You retain full ownership of any content you upload to the platform.
• Professionals may only share your content externally (e.g., on social media, in showreels) with your explicit consent.

6. Feedback Delivery

Professionals aim to deliver feedback within the stated timeframe (e.g., within 5 working days). However, timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Responsibilities of Professionals

Pros agree to:

• Provide honest, constructive feedback to the best of their ability.
• Respect confidentiality and intellectual property of users.
• Only share content when permission is granted.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform or reliance on professional feedback. Users are solely responsible for their creative decisions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion if users or professionals violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to the Site. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
